About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Fotografer (Photographer) to join our creative team on a full-time basis in Bekasi, West Java. In this role, you will play a crucial part in producing compelling visual content that captures the essence of our clients' brands and messages. As a key member of our photography department, you will be responsible for creating professional-quality images across various formats and styles, contributing directly to the success of our advertising and media projects. Your work will have a significant impact on how our clients' stories are presented to their audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs for advertising campaigns, commercial projects, and media content

• Operate and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories

• Plan and execute photography shoots, including location scouting, setup, and technical preparation

• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and marketing teams to understand project briefs and visual requirements

• Edit and retouch photographs using professional software to meet quality standards and client specifications

• Manage photo archives and maintain organised digital asset libraries for easy retrieval and future use

• Adapt to various photography styles and techniques, including studio photography, on-location shoots, product photography, and lifestyle imagery

• Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project deadlines

• Stay current with industry trends, photographic techniques, and emerging technologies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a professional photographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative vision

• Proficiency in operating professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and associated equipment

• Expertise in photography lighting techniques, composition, and exposure management

• Advanced knowledge of photo editing software, such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent tools

• Strong understanding of colour theory, visual aesthetics, and design principles

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams and clients

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently

• Flexibility to work in various environments and adapt to different photography styles and requirements

• Knowledge of Indonesian market and cultural context is advantageous
