Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis (FP&A) Staff

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

2. Coordinate with different departments to gather assumptions and projections.

3. Use Excel models to simulate financial scenarios and sensitivities.

4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.

5. Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results.

6. Analyze large sets of financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.

7. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

8. Use pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc., to process data efficiently.

9. Provide timely reports to senior leadership or regional/global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Good Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros/VBA).

• Experience in budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

• Willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
