Financial Planning & Cost Control Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Cost Control Analyst to support our business in managing budgets, monitoring operational costs, and driving financial efficiency across departments. This role will play a key part in ensuring effective budget utilization, cost optimization, and accurate financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related fields.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, Data analysis, or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent numerical proficiency.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
