Financial Controller

About the role

Part-time freelance/contract role (10 hours per week) for Elevating Marketing Limited, an online affiliate marketing company with multiple brands in the forex trading niche, serving retail clients. Reports directly to the Director.

Key responsibilities

• Close the books every month and deliver a PnL per brand and for the whole company
• Reconcile broker commissions (CPA) every month against broker reports
• Book and reconcile all bank, card and crypto wallet transactions (USDT/USDC)
• Set up Xero and keep it current: chart of accounts, brand and cost-centre tags
• Prepare contractor payments and keep contracts and invoices on file
• Track ad spend and cost per brand against budget
• Build and maintain the budget, forecast and cash position
• Prepare the Hong Kong annual audit pack with our accountant

About you

• 3+ years in bookkeeping, controlling or finance operations
• Hands-on Xero experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable with crypto payments and multi-currency (USD, EUR)
• Affiliate, marketing or online business experience is a plus
• Fluent English
• Works fast, hits deadlines and documents everything
