Finance Staff

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. 

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position

- High attention to detail and accuracy 

- Experience with accounting software (SAP ERP)

- Having a strong knowledge in monthly and annual tax reporting, tax regulations

- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in accounting principles and financial reporting

- Proficient in English (both Oral and Written)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Review and record tax-related transaction journals (VAT, Income Tax, Import Duties, etc.).

- Issue tax invoices and prepare withholding tax slips for both vendors and customers.

- Prepare and submit periodic tax returns (VAT and Income Tax) to the Ministry of Finance in a timely manner.

- Handle regulatory reporting requirements (such as the Investment Activity Report/LKPM, and monthly/quarterly External Debt reports).

- Monitor and reconcile tax accounts (VAT, Income Tax) and perform Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) reconciliations with external parties.

- Provide full support during tax audits and the resolution of tax disputes.

- Manage and process tax payments (VAT, Income Tax), Import Duties, and social security contributions (BPJS), as well as daily and monthly operational expenses/advances.

- Reconcile cash/bank balances and monitor foreign currency transactions (exchange rates).

- Verify the accuracy of tax account balances and supporting documentation for month-end/period-end closing (including within the SAP system).

- Maintain an organized and structured filing system for all tax and financial documents.
