Finance Planning And Analysis Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring business planning & forecasting and analysis process from the initiation into the end of the process

• Manage and monitor annual budgeting process of the Company

• Analyst Actual Performance vs budget and performed 12 month rolling forecast.

• Develop financial modelling for stores, new business and benchmarking performance to similar industry and analytical tools for business

• Monitor capital expenditure (capex) realization of the investment (new store and new business)

• Plan, execute, manage and monitor corporate action including finding financing sources of the Company

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimal Bachelor Major in Business/ Accounting/ Finance

• Having at least 2-3 years in Business planning and analysis in the F&B industry or Retail

• Candidates with previous experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), particularly in Audit or Advisory Services, are highly preferred.

• Experiences in Financial modelling techniques and methods 

• Analytical thinking and skill

• Advance using Ms. Excel

• Preferable understand accounting.
