Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities.
• Handle end-to-end finance and accounting processes.
• Monitor financial transactions, accounting records, and tax-related matters.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
• Supervise and provide guidance to 4 team members.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding FAT matters.
• Utilize Accurate for accounting and financial processes.
• Ensure tax administration and compliance are properly maintained.
• Support stock opname activities at stores/warehouse when required.
• Travel to stores or warehouse locations when necessary, with transportation expenses reimbursed.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to the FAT Manager.
• Support process improvements within the Finance, Accounting & Tax function.

Persyaratan

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance, Accounting & Tax processes.
• Hands-on experience using Accurate.
• Brevet A & B certification is required.
• Communicative English.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate a small team effectively.
• Willing to work fully from office.
