Finance Accounting Tax (FAT) - Mandarin Speaker

1. Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

2. Prepare financial reports, monthly closing, and financial statements.

3. Handle tax administration and compliance, including VAT, withholding taxes, and corporate income tax.

4. Process payments, reimbursements, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations.

5. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.

6. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

7. Communicate and coordinate with Chinese management regarding finance, accounting, and tax matters in Mandarin.

8. Translate financial documents, reports, and business communications between Mandarin and Indonesian or English.

9. Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant government institutions as required.

10. Perform other finance, accounting, and tax duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Key Preferences:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken (HSK 4 or above preferred).

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT), preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Experience working in a Chinese-invested company is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
