Finance Accounting Supervisor

This role involves overseeing Finance Accounting operations, managing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and tax compliance.

2. Oversee Finance Accounting operations
3. Control receipt, expenditure, AR/AP, and cash flow transactions
4. Ensure accurate and timely financial recording and reporting
5. Oversee closing processes and bank reconciliation
6. Prepare Finance Accounting reports for management
7. Coordinate team and collaborate with related departments

Kualifikasi

1. Minimum S1 degree in Accounting/Finance
2. 3–5 years of experience in Finance Accounting
3. Supervisor experience in property/developer/contractor industry
4. Understanding of financial statements, cash flow, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation
5. Understanding of mortgage processes and customer transactions
6. Knowledge of taxation, PPh, PPN, e-Faktur & Coretax is an advantage
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accurate accounting software
8. Detail-oriented, analytical, with strong leadership and coordination abilities
