Finance & Accounting Staff

We are looking for meticulous and proactive Finance & Accounting Staff to join our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial records, managing closing processes, and providing data-driven insights to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, ensuring full compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).

• Closing Processes: Support the month-end and year-end closing cycles, including the preparation of comprehensive reconciliations and financial reports.

• Systems & Controls: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Financial Analysis: Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to assist management in strategic decision-making.

• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all financial information.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.

• Experience: Fresh Graduate are welcome

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Accurate Online or Xero.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax regulations, and general ledger functions.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
