Finance & Accounting Staff

About the role

This role involves inputting transactions and journals to the accounting system, checking and maintaining detail of documents for business-related transactions, and supporting finance document creation such as invoices and other finance documents.

You will support taxation-related transactions including PPh 21, PPh23/26, PPh 4(2) and VAT, and will need to have the ability to understand the flow of finance and accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Input transactions and journals to accounting system

• Check and maintain detail of documents for business-related transactions

• Support in finance document creation, such as invoices and other finance documents

• Support on taxation-related transactions (PPh 21, PPh23/26, PPh 4(2), VAT)

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting journals, accounting reports and financial reports

About you

• At least 2 years and maximum 5 years of working experience in the related field

• Fluent in English (business mail and written)

• Strong numeracy skills and detail oriented

• Well knowledge to operate Ms Office

• Good knowledge of Accounting, Financing and Taxation

• Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
