Finance & Accounting Officer

EBID is looking for a detail-driven Finance & Accounting Officer to strengthen our finance team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Month-End Closing & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements.

2. Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Accounts Payable & ReceivableReview and process AP/AR transactions.

3. Resolve payment or documentation issues with internal teams and vendors.Tax ComplianceReconcile and submit monthly VAT reports. Liaise with tax consultants for monthly tax filings.

4. Prepare external invoices for tax submission.Audit & DocumentationMaintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.

5. Support external audits by providing required data and explanations.

6. Regulatory ComplianceStay updated with Indonesian tax and accounting regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

Education:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance roles.

3. Experience with tax reporting and audits is a strong plus.

4. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel.

5. Proficient in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal, or SAP. Solid knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian taxation.

6. Core Strengths: High attention to detail, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, integrity, and excellent organization.

7. Work Style: Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
