Finance & Accounting Department Head (Financial Services, C-124422)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Jakarta.

• Our client is a Financial Services company. Currently, they are looking for Finance & Accounting Department Head.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for cost control and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting and audit regulations.

• Review audit findings and implement corrective actions to address any identified risks.

• Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and enhance corporate governance.

• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and financial industry standards.

• Oversee financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory submissions.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent financial risks and ensure data accuracy.

• Other task as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Business English level required.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit within the Tbk financial services industry/banking.

• Experience in handling financial reports.

• Background in a KAP or auditor is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK) and OJK regulations.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, tax regulations, and internal control systems.

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Familiarity with audit processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
