Finance Accounting and Tax

About the role

We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax professional to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining tax compliance, and providing insights that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain strong financial governance while contributing to the company's continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Handle tax calculations, reporting, filings, and coordinate with tax authorities when required.

• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial forecasting processes.

• Assist with internal and external audits and strengthen internal control procedures.

• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to support business performance.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax or a similar role.

• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian tax regulations.

• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

• Experience in the technology, mobility, logistics, or startup industry is highly preferred.
