Finance Accountant

Odysee Education is an education company dedicated to improving the quality and accessibility of education in Indonesia. We work with schools and educational institutions to connect them with qualified international teachers.

We are looking for a Accountant Finance to support our Finance team in in maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day financial operations, and ensuring the company’s financial activities are properly documented and monitored.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably 3 to 5 years experience.

• Good understanding of Indonesian accounting and tax practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with accounting software or financial management systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.

• Monitor company income, expenses, cash flow, and budgets.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist management with financial analysis.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

• Assist with payroll and other employee-related financial administration.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.

• Coordinate with external parties, including banks, vendors, auditors, and tax consultants when required.

• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management.
