Field Service Representative

About the role

Field Service Representative to provide on-site support for the ILIAS application at Lanud Iswahjudi (IWJ). The role involves direct troubleshooting and problem-solving of ILIAS software at the location, ensuring all system modules operate optimally to support daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving of ILIAS software at Lanud Iswahjudi (IWJ)

• Ensure all ILIAS system modules operate optimally and are ready to support daily operations

• Manage, record, and update all technical issue reports in real-time through the Jira platform

• Prepare system availability and technical performance reports periodically according to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) reporting framework

• Act as the primary liaison in the field between IDAF Super Users, PT Falah Inovasi Teknologi management, and ILIAS HQ technical team

• Monitor and maintain Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) indicators to meet established performance targets

• Guide and support Super Users and IDAF personnel in system usage to improve adoption and operational efficiency

• Serve as an effective bridge between IDAF, Falah, and ILIAS HQ to align operational needs with technical solutions

About you

• S1 or Diploma degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience

• Willing to pursue official ILIAS certification

• Technical support or FSR experience in the defence sector

• Proficient in using Jira

• Experience monitoring MTTR and system performance

• Fluent in English
