Field Management Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage Beauty Advisor (BA) schedules, attendance, store assignments, and manpower allocation.

• Monitor BA attendance and store coverage to ensure all assigned stores are properly staffed.

• Supervise BA daily activities and ensure compliance with company rules and operational standards.

• Monitor BA performance and coordinate follow-ups for attendance, discipline, and operational issues.

• Coordinate with Sales, HR, and related teams to support smooth field operations.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor BA activities and ensure proper implementation of company guidelines.

• Prepare and review operational reports, identify issues, and recommend improvements to field management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in field management, account executive, merchandiser, retail operations, or sales operations.

• Experience managing Beauty Advisors, Sales Promoters, or field teams is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower allocation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
