Factory Safety Manager (Hse)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.

• Relevant professional HSE certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement Group-wide HSE strategies, policies, standards, SOPs, and annual improvement plans.

• Establish a standardized HSE management system applicable to all manufacturing facilities.

• Develop HSE KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, and periodic performance reports for the Operation Director.

• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and management reviews across all factory locations.

• Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments using HIRADC, JSA, and other relevant methodologies.

• Ensure the implementation of safe operating procedures, machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, and other critical risk controls.

• Monitor workplace safety in production, maintenance, warehousing, material handling, and contractor activities.

• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations.

• Establish and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation procedures for all facilities.

• Ensure readiness of fire protection systems and emergency response equipment.

• Monitor closure of findings from emergency drills, fire safety inspections, and incident investigations.

• Monitor industrial waste, plastic scrap, B3 waste, emissions, wastewater, and other relevant environmental aspects.

• Establish proper waste segregation, storage, handling, and disposal procedures.

• Coordinate environmental monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Coordinate regulatory inspections, external audits, and follow-up actions.

• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, training records, inspection reports, and compliance evidence.

• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation or certification, where applicable.

• Standardize HSE policies, procedures, and minimum safety requirements across Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, Medan, and Makassar.
