Factory Manager - Asst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager Assistant to join our team at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia, a leading manufacturer in the Tangerang Banten area. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art production facility, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the Factory Manager in planning, organising and directing all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards

2. Monitoring production schedules, inventory levels and equipment performance to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks

3. Collaborating with department heads to optimise workflows, implement process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement

4. Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all manufacturing equipment, facilities and infrastructure

5. Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

6. Providing mentorship and training to production team members to develop their skills and capabilities

7. Generating detailed reports on production metrics, costs and performance for senior management review

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management or supervisory role, preferably within the Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik industry

2. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, quality assurance processes and inventory control systems

3. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges

4. Proficient in using production planning and control software, as well as data analysis and reporting tools

5. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence

6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
