External Technology Manager (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in both Chinese and English; fluent in Chinese and able to communicate smoothly with Chinese clients.

• Over 5 years of work experience in the construction industry

• Positions related to construction technology, with over 2 years of work experience.

• Strong sense of responsibility, dedicated and passionate about one's work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the work of project construction organization design and technical planning.

• Responsible for the formulation and submission/approval of project technical solutions.

• Responsible for material approval and plan approval processes.

• Responsible for submitting and reviewing SHD documents (SHD refers to local engineering documentation).

• Assist in coordinating project drawings and collaborate on backend BIM foundation coordination work.

• Participate in project consulting coordination meetings, communicate with consulting engineers, and resolve various technical issues.

• Responsible for handling on-site technical issues and formulating quality rectification plans.
