Experienced Marketing Staff

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Staff to support marketing activities, develop effective marketing strategies, and help increase brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.

• Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful marketing execution.

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related position.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing, business development, or client relationship management.

• Experience working with international clients or business partners is an advantage.
