Event Support Internship

Requirements

– Should be currently enrolling in Bachelor’s Degree with major Business Management, or relevant field
– Must be able to provide Surat Keterangan Magang from University
– Willing to work full time for 12 month period internship
– Willing to follow company policy (full time working days and working hours, etc)
– Good ability to read and write in English
– Have interest in administrative fields that require Microsoft Office skill
– Strong interpersonal, communication & team player
– Willing to be placed in Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

Job Description

Collaborating with related divisions to develop event concepts, actively involved in all event preparation activities including rehearsals and venue surveys, coordinating with vendors and relevant parties to fulfill event needs such as souvenirs and logistics, managing the provision and publication of marketing materials as planned in collaboration with the Corporate Communication and Digital Marketing Teams and also engaging in creative content creation with the Corcom Team and talents.
