Estimator Support / Project Admin

Qualification:

• S1 Arsitektur, Interior Design, Civil Engineering.

• Experiences as Estimator at least 1 year, fresh graduate are welcome.

• Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in using AutoCad & SketchUp.

• Great communication and relationship building skills.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Able to write & speak in English is preferred.

Job Description : 

• Calculating the required quantity civil interior/furniture & MEP works based on layout and 3D.

• Establishing relationships/networks with suppliers/vendor to get updated material specifications.

• Coordinate all activities with team related to the technical tender document.
