ERP Functional Consultant

Tanggung jawab

1. Assist in gathering, cleansing, and validating legacy data to ensure it is formatted correctly for migration into the new ERP system.
2. Support Senior Consultants in documenting current "As-Is" processes and defining future "To-Be" workflows.
3. Execute functional test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify bugs or process gaps.
4. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, technical manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
5. Help conduct training sessions for end-users and develop simple, easy-to-follow training materials/user guides.
6. Provide on-site or remote assistance to users during the "Go-Live" phase to resolve minor functional issues.

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, etc. 
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience.
3. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Data cleaning, Pivot Tables) are mandatory for handling complex medical catalogs. 
4. Basic understanding of healthcare operations, medical terminology, or BPJS/Insurance integration is highly preferred. 
5. Familiarity with ERP logic (Finance, SCM, or HR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS). 
6. Previous exposure to ERP environments (such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) through internships or coursework is a significant advantage.
