English Teacher for kids

About the role

Exodus Learning Center is looking for a passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic English Teacher who loves working with children and is eager to grow professionally with our team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for children using interactive, hands-on, and age-appropriate learning activities
• Teach English vocabulary, listening, speaking, and oral communication skills
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities based on the curriculum
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for children
• Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, creativity, and active participation
• Monitor and document students' learning progress and development
• Communicate professionally and warmly with parents regarding students' progress when needed
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators to improve teaching quality
• Participate in teacher training, curriculum development, and professional development activities

About you

• Fluent in spoken and written English, with good pronunciation and communication skills
• Has a good understanding of English language teaching theories and methodologies
• Previous experience teaching kindergarten or preschool children is a plus
• Passionate about teaching and genuinely enjoys working with children
• Friendly, patient, creative, responsible, and enthusiastic
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve teaching skills
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a positive attitude
