Engineering Staff (Surabaya & Jakarta)

About the role

This role involves completing Work Orders and Requests according to instructions, performing inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting panels, and building/civil infrastructure to ensure normal operation, handling tenant and customer complaints related to equipment disruptions or abnormalities, and executing work in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders/Requests according to instructions

• Perform inspections and maintenance related to electrical equipment, lighting panels, and building/civil infrastructure to ensure normal operation

• Handle complaints from tenants and customers regarding equipment disruptions or abnormalities

• Execute work in accordance with company policies, SOPs, and SLAs

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/K (Senior High School/Vocational)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineering

• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance

• Able to work with shift system
