1. ENGINEERING (STAFF)

Requirements

* Degree in Mechanical,Civil, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in engineering, maintenance, or building systems.

* Solid knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

* Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and rectify defects in villa/building systems.

* Experience in handling maintenance issues and defect rectification works in villas or similar properties.

* Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with internal teams and vendors.

* Good understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards.

* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Good command of English is preferred.
