Engagement Specialist

• Actively participates in and shows strong interest in employee engagement activities.

• Experienced in photo and video editing to support engaging content creation.

• Develops training materials and delivers training programs for employees.

• Plans training budgets and executes training, retraining, and corporate culture development programs.

• Monitors training effectiveness, standardizes training materials, and promotes company values, positive behaviors, and a supportive work environment to improve employee performance and engagement

Requirements :

1. Min. 2 years of experience in mass training, preferably in ride-hailing/logistics industry

2. Strong public speaking and facilitation skills

3. Willing to work in the field and handle operational tasks as required

4. Able to manage large training groups with confidence

5. Able to use design tools for creative content/material
