Electrical Modeller / Drafter

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Electrical Modeler/BIM Modeler.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software.

• Understanding of electrical systems and construction drawings.

• Familiar with BIM coordination and clash detection process.

• Detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines, and good communication skills.

• Experience in industrial projects is an advantage.

Job Description

• Develop and revise 3D electrical models for building/data center projects using BIM software.

• Coordinate electrical layouts with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, and architectural).

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and model documentation.

• Ensure models comply with project specifications, standards, and deadlines.

• Support clash detection and coordination meetings during project execution.
