Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible to lead a group of electrical technicians for preventive, corrective, predictive and project improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Electrical team to do preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance and all improvement project activities in safe manner

• Conduct internal training and do sharing session or coaching to improve safety awareness and technical knowledge as require in order to align with Company standard and policy

• Give an input to maintenance planner regarding time definition or scheduling for each electrical devices or equipment

• Give an input to maintenance planner for generate check list on PM activities

• Give an input for critical/spare parts for ordering and stock and inventory

• Ensure the executing of preventive maintenance based on PM schedule

• Ensure corrective maintenance has been solved effectively and timely manner

• Ensure the activity of maintenance is recorded

• Conduct of root cause analysis for any deviation

• Enforce and promote safety work environment (LOTO, PPE, Energy Sustainability)
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Electrical Engineering, Control or Instrument from reputable university

• Hold related Electrical safety training (AK3 Listrik)

• Minimum 10 years of experiences in a supervisory level

• Experience to lead min 20 technician for normal and 3 shift basis on continuous process

• Strong knowledge of Electrical control on continues production system

• Familiar in electrical power distribution device and system (MV – LV system)

• Good knowledge in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Strategy and Implementation

• Familiar with electrical standard such as IEC, PUIL and SNI

• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

• Strong leadership and good communicator

• Develop training for internal skill team development

• Experience work with vendor or contractor

• Intermediate English proficiency

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
