About the role

Electrical Engineering Officer responsible for planning and overseeing operational activities at the Wawopada Mini Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTM), a 6.5 MW renewable energy facility located in Morowali Utara, Sulawesi Tengah. The role involves coordinating with head office management, field personnel, and stakeholders including PT. PLN (Persero) and related government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational planning for power generation, including production activities, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and other site activities at PLTM
• Coordinate with management at head office, field personnel at PLTM site, and relevant stakeholders such as consumers and government agencies related to company operations
• Supervise and guide field personnel regarding power generation operations to ensure company targets are achieved
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to management regarding power generation operations

About you

• Minimum S1/D4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• Willing to be placed at Jakarta head office and undertake official travel as needed
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to understand business processes and corporate governance
