Electric Staff

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electric Staff to join our team at our facility in Cimahi, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our electrical systems and infrastructure. As Electric Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical equipment and systems throughout our manufacturing and logistics operations. This position is integral to maintaining the continuity of our operations and the safety of all personnel on site.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and production machinery.

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical panels, circuit breakers, contactors, and electric motors.

• Understand single-phase and three-phase electrical systems and power distribution.

• Monitor electrical voltage, current, and load balance.

• Identify and repair electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.

• Ensure electrical installations comply with safety standards and procedures.

• Maintain maintenance records and report electrical issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting such as textile or similar industries.

• Understanding the fundamentals of strong current electrical systems, single-phase and three-phase power systems, and electrical power distribution.

• Strong understanding of both electrical systems (strong and weak currents) and mechanical systems.

• Proficient in the use of maintenance tools and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willing to be placed in Cimahi.
