Ecommerce Admin Intern

Lokasi: Green Lake City, Tangerang

Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in executing Shopee/TikTok store operations, including product selection, listing, client evaluation management, event registration, and logistics tracking.
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide solutions for after-sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize store performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications
- Proficient in English
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates without prior work experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A fast learner who is eager to grow in the e-commerce industry.
- Passionate about digital platforms, online retail, and providing excellent customer experience
