Deskripsi pekerjaan

  • Create visual assets for e-commerce campaigns across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces.
  • Develop banners, campaign visuals, product thumbnails, promotional materials, and other digital assets based on campaign briefs.
  • Translate campaign objectives and promotional messages into compelling and commercially effective visual designs.
  • Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign themes, and e-commerce platform requirements.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts for monthly campaigns, mega sales, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for different platforms, placements, and formats.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized library of campaign creative assets.
  • Monitor e-commerce and digital design trends and provide creative ideas to improve campaign visibility and engagement.
  • Assist the graphic design team in producing banners and Product Detail Page (PDP) graphics for our e-commerce marketplace stores.
  • Support the team in reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. (Video skills like After Effects or Premiere Pro are a great plus!)
  • A portfolio showing off your digital design, social media visuals, or layout work.
  • Design basics: eye for composition, typography, and layout balance.
  • Positive attitude towards feedback and a reliable sense of time management.
  • Bonus: Curiosity or experience with prompting AI generation tools
