Drafter Interior

About the role

This role involves creating architectural and interior working drawings according to approved design concepts, and producing technical drawings including floor plans, layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Create architectural and interior working drawings according to approved design concepts

• Prepare technical drawings including floor plans, layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings

• Create custom furniture detail drawings such as kitchen sets, wardrobes, cabinets, and other built-in furniture

• Conduct site visits to take measurements, check field conditions, and ensure alignment between drawings and actual site conditions

• Coordinate with design team, contractors, and production team regarding project technical requirements

• Revise and adjust working drawings based on field measurements and feedback from relevant teams

• Ensure working drawings are created accurately, in detail, and in accordance with applicable technical standards

• Support project implementation by providing clear and understandable working drawings for field teams

• Ensure all project drawings and technical documents are organized neatly and systematically

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1 in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Able to read and understand technical drawings and construction details

• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time management skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to conduct site visits to project locations

• Experience in interior drafting is an added value
