Drafter

• Create shop drawings and detailed technical blueprints for BMU / Gondola systems according to project specifications.

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers, project managers, and clients.

• Ensure exact dimensions, scales, and material specifications prior to the production or installation phase.

• Coordinate closely with site teams and the workshop regarding the practical implementation of drawings on the field.

• Manage and archive project drawing documents in a neat, systematic manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum education of a Vocational Diploma (SMK) in Building Drafting / Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum of [e.g., 1–2 years] of working experience as a Drafter (experience in BMU / Gondola / Steel Structures is a major plus).

• Highly proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit.

• Proficiency in Revit is highly advantageous.

• Strong ability to read architectural plans, building structures, and mechanical systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail, honest, accountable, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
