Document Control

About the role

A document controller role for FTTH or Telkom projects, responsible for managing project documentation, monitoring ATP data, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ATP data and push FH project team RPM to arrange ATP and punchlist close schedule, feedback the result to corresponding PIC

• Manage project documentation including document collection, save, document verification and progress monitor

• Coordinate and follow up with customer related to document work

About you

• At least 1 year working experience related to document controller of FTTH project or Telkom Project

• At least 2 years telecommunication area working experience

• College and above degree, majored in telecommunications or computer related professional

• Understand English and local language, basic communication with English

• Communication skill internal and external

• Skillful with excel, google sheets and documentation work
