About the role

Lead and serve as the primary decision-maker in daily project operations at the district/city level, including planning, implementation, and monitoring & evaluation. Act as the main liaison between the project, local government, health facilities, and civil society organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and make key decisions in daily project operations at district/city level (planning, implementation, M&E)

• Manage project operations including administration, finance, human resources, and procurement at district level

• Act as main liaison between project and local government, health facilities, and CSOs

• Conduct field supervision, technical mentoring, and ensure technical quality of TB programme interventions (DS-TB & DR-TB)

• Coordinate operational data analysis and prepare periodic reports for provincial management and donors

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Public Health, Medicine, Epidemiology, Nursing, or related field

• Minimum 3 years experience leading community-based interventions and implementing TB programmes at district/city level

• Strong leadership capability, project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of logistics management, supply chain, and TB commodities

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake extensive official travel
