About the role

This role involves developing cooperation with property owners and residential associations (RT/RW) to increase homepass penetration, acquiring target properties, and executing sales and marketing activities across assigned territories to achieve sales targets and increase subscriber numbers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop cooperation with property owners or residential area associations (RT/RW) to increase homepass penetration

• Conduct acquisition of target properties

• Execute sales and marketing activities in assigned territories to achieve sales targets and increase subscriber numbers

• Manage promotion and marketing media activities

• Conduct marketing material and branding canvassing activities, including banner installation, distribution of flyers to homes, and opening banners in front of complexes/residential areas

• Maintain customer satisfaction to minimize service termination rates

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (GPA minimum 3.00) in Management, Communication Science, Public Relations, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, Information Technology, Business, or Development Economics

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (product sales)

• Good appearance and strong communication skills
