Digital Product Manager

• Collaborate with Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners to understand product development requirements.
• Develop and manage requirement documents based on the product or feature development needs.
• Create and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure clarity during the product development process.
• Lead and coordinate the development squad to ensure product features are delivered according to the defined targets.
• Monitor the development progress and conduct evaluations of the developed product features.
• Ensure product development processes are carried out in accordance with applicable Good Corporate Governance and company policies.
• Manage the overall product development process, from ideation and planning through implementation and evaluation.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar Product Management role.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is required.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Product Management.
• Experience in gathering and managing Product Requirements and Requirement Documents.
• Strong understanding of Product Backlog Management and Prioritization.
• Experience in creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners.
• Ability to monitor product development from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Understanding of Good Corporate Governance and compliance processes is a plus.
