About the role

PT. Kenanga Kharisma Adimulia is seeking a creative, communicative individual with interest in digital marketing, content creation, and marketing strategy development to increase brand awareness and expand the company's market reach. The role is based at Kenanga Money Changer in South Jakarta.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage company social media content

• Develop ideas and marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness

• Manage communication through WhatsApp, including answering questions and serving customer needs

• Provide friendly, responsive, and professional customer service

• Create promotional materials using Canva or other editing applications

• Develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and social media reach

• Identify new marketing opportunities to support company growth

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK, D3/S1 in related field

• Good oral and written communication skills in Indonesian and English

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Able to use Canva and editing applications to create attractive visual content

• Creative, proactive, able to develop marketing ideas with willingness to continuously learn and develop

• Understand social media platforms and have basic knowledge of digital marketing activities

• Good organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work with various teams

• Experience in marketing, social media, or customer service is a plus
