About the role

PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This role plays a vital part in strengthening brand awareness, expanding market reach, and generating high-quality leads through innovative digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing various digital marketing campaigns—ranging from social media management and creative content production to paid advertising execution—to support the growth of our modular and commercial property solutions in the regional market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

• Manage and optimize all company social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) consistently and effectively.

• Plan and create engaging creative content, including content planning, scripting, hooks, captions, as well as photo/video production and editing.

• Manage and optimize the performance of paid advertising campaigns (such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads) to achieve specific marketing targets.

• Conduct market research, social media trend analysis, and periodic analytics performance tracking to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and field sales requirements.

• Maintain and manage the company's digital portfolio and business accounts to uphold a professional brand image.
