About the role

This is a Graphic Design Textile position with a printing textile company in Jakarta Barat. The role focuses on creating attractive and creative fashion graphic designs that meet market needs, developing designs through both digital and manual techniques, and optimizing designs for various types of fashion and textile products.

Key responsibilities

• Create attractive, creative fashion graphic designs that meet market needs

• Develop designs manually and digitally to produce work with strong visual character

• Create no-brand designs that are acceptable and have market appeal

• Optimize designs for various fashion and textile product needs, such as seamless, scarf, and other fashion products

• Develop visual concepts according to product characteristics and company needs

• Explore various visual references, motifs, compositions, and fashion design trends

• Collaborate with related teams to ensure designs can be applied optimally to textile products

About you

• Minimum D3 education

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in graphic design, fashion design, textile, or related fields

• Experience in printing textile, sublimation, or textile printing industry is a plus

• Ability to create fashion designs manually

• Understanding of design characteristics for fashion and textile product needs

• Portfolio of design work demonstrating capability and creativity in producing visual work

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for design creation and processing

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator

• Ability to create and develop fashion designs manually

• Ability to create design materials manually using painting media and equipment

• Ability to use iPad as a medium for creating and developing designs

• Understanding of design application for various textile and fashion needs, such as seamless and scarf

• Ability to process manual design concepts into digital designs ready for production needs
