About the role

This is a packaging design role focused on creating and developing packaging designs according to client briefs and requirements, with a strong emphasis on rotogravure print production artwork preparation and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop packaging designs according to brief and customer requirements

• Prepare artwork for rotogravure print production processes

• Check size, layout, text, images, and colour on design files

• Adjust designs to technical standards and production machine requirements

• Assist with prepress processes, including colour setup and separation

• Revise artwork according to customer or production team direction

• Coordinate with design, prepress, and production teams to ensure artwork compliance before printing

• Manage and archive design files and production documents

About you

• Minimum education: SMK/D3/S1, preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

• Understanding of graphic design fundamentals and layout principles

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or CorelDRAW

• Understanding of CMYK colour basics, colour separation, resolution, bleed, and artwork sizing

• High attention to detail in checking design details before production

• Understanding of prepress basics and rotogravure print processes is an advantage

• Ability to work to deadlines and follow production standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills
