About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Juna in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to create visually stunning designs across diverse mediums and platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating client briefs and brand visions into compelling visual assets that resonate with audiences. Your work will contribute directly to the success of our clients' campaigns and the growth of our studio's reputation for excellence in design.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and develop original graphic design concepts for a variety of client projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital assets and print collateral

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, creative direction and brand guidelines

• Produce high-quality design deliverables using industry-standard design software and tools

• Refine designs based on client feedback and constructive criticism, ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines

• Maintain consistency with brand identities and design systems across all projects

• Stay current with design trends, technologies and best practices within the graphic design industry

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst prioritising workload effectively

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to strengthen campaign concepts

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities and creative range

• Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to clients and colleagues

• Attention to detail with a meticulous approach to quality control and file preparation

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and respond positively to feedback

• Time management skills with the capacity to meet project deadlines whilst maintaining high standards

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative design solutions

• Experience with web design, UX/UI design, motion graphics or video editing is considered an advantage

• Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing standards is preferred
