Deputy Operation – Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and stock accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and operational supplies.

- Monitor packaging material availability, consumption, quality, and wastage to support production requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

- Manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, price negotiation, and delivery schedules.

- Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and company asset management.

- Monitor operational costs, prepare periodic reports, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

- Experienced in inventory control and packaging material monitoring.

- Procurement or Purchasing experience is highly preferred.

- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, stock control, vendor management, and cost efficiency.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
