Data Innovation Engineer

• Building data engineering capability by technical leadership
• Lead team to assess and support Analytics to prepare Big Data Ecosystem, architecture and analytics technology stack
• Designing and building technical processes to address all the Analytics Use Cases
• Lead team to analyze all the projects and use cases requirement
• Lead team to implement all projects in Analytics Area and align with Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Operation, Data Warehouse and Application team
• Work with other senior team members to identify, plan, develop and deliver scalable data solutions

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor degree in Informatics Engineering
• Strong technical leadership and management
• Strong in programming language such as Python, Java, Scala (software engineering) and experienced using Kafka, RabbitMQ, NoSQL, Spark, Cloud (Analytics Tech Stack)
• Good Critical thinking, problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Experience on building scalable data solution
• Preferably has 3 to 5 years of technical management experience
• Has 6 to 10 years of solution development and technology experience (Senior Data/Software Engineer) will be an advantage
