About the Opportunity

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to join our team in West Jakarta.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales performance, monitoring target achievement, evaluating branch KPIs, and preparing reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. You will collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to identify trends, evaluate sales results, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, validate, and analyze sales data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor sales performance, target achievement, sales productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across branches and regions.

• Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor sales performance, target achievement, branch KPIs, and other business metrics.

• Identify sales trends, performance gaps, and potential business issues, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Analyze sales targets versus actual performance and identify factors affecting sales results.

• Build and maintain structured datasets by gathering relevant information from multiple data sources and understanding differences in data structures across business units.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other relevant departments to understand business requirements and provide accurate, relevant, and timely reports.

• Support business performance evaluations by providing reliable data analysis and actionable insights to management.

• Maintain and regularly update sales databases to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, Data Analyst, Sales Reporting Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup formulas, and data analysis functions.

• Good understanding of sales performance analysis, target achievement, KPI monitoring, and business reporting.

• Experience handling large datasets and translating data into meaningful reports and actionable business insights.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
