Daily Worker Waiter/Waitress

About the role

Daily worker waiter/waitress position in the operational department, assisting with food and beverage service delivery and operational support in a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in carrying and delivering food, beverages, equipment, and operational supplies to designated areas

• Ensure food and beverages reach tables/customers quickly and safely

• Assist waiter/waitress in preparing and cleaning work areas

• Collect and deliver items from kitchen, bar, storage, or other operational areas

• Help maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas

• Assist with setup and breakdown of areas before and after operations

• Ensure operational equipment is available and ready for use

• Maintain service quality, work speed, and professional attitude during shifts

• Comply with all company SOPs, including hygiene, safety, and grooming standards

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Quick, disciplined, responsible, with good stamina

• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus
