About the role

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and related work areas, ensuring all kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and equipment

• Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored

• Assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and preparation tasks when needed

• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness of garbage areas

• Support the Kitchen Team in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Keep the kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

• Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or management
